Webhook relay endpoint for a project. Portal POSTs a signed payload here for every channel message.

    The endpoint Portal POSTs channel-message events to. Must use https and resolve to a public host — private, internal, and loopback addresses are rejected at deploy time. (http is permitted only for localhost during local development.)
